I’m a psychotherapist who uses a variety of approaches and techniques to help my clients understand, cope with and overcome long-term impacts of past trauma and learn new, healthy ways of coping and relating.

I’ve worked in schools, business organizations, outpatient programs, and private practice, and have an interest in the intersection of psychology, mindfulness, systems thinking and personality. My specializations are in relationships and intimacy, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, anger and self-esteem.
